Ready to automate your building? Our team is here to help. Building Automation Consultants, LLC makes it easy with our basic project process. With this package, you'll get a complete Johnson Controls Tridium DDC System for $21,000. This price is unheard of in our industry.

Your total cost includes:


  • Cutsheets and installation data
  • Preconstruction meetings on Skype or Zoom
  • Installation team assistance during construction
  • 90 days of reliable technical support
  • Full manufacturer warranties
  • 11-inch by 17-inch control system drawings
  • DDC System Bill of Materials (BOM), including sequences, flow diagrams, schedules and
  • installation diagrams via BOM manufacturing data
  • All project software, including field devices and supervisory device below
  • A new preconfigured Johnson Controls 50-Device FX80 supervisory controller that's ready to go
  • A new Dell 15-inch laptop for system access through a web interface

You can hire our electricians to install the system at extra cost or use your own low-voltage electrical company. If desired, we could also provide DDC field gear on the 11-inch by 17-inch BOM for extra cost, or you can purchase it yourself.

If you obtain external network connectivity (via Comcast or Verizon) we can log in remotely to address issues and perform training for six months after substantial completion.

How does the process work?

Our process is simple. You start by contacting us with your needs. We respond with contact documents and agreements. Once you've signed them, we'll send you insurance certificates. Next, you'll pay for our services with cash, credit card or a certified check via courier. We do what we can to make things easy for you.

Now, you can provide MEP Drawings via our Dropbox access or send them via regular mail or email. Within 10 business days, we'll have the documents, drawings and software ready for you to install. You can hire your regular electrician, or we'll handle the job for you.

You'll purchase the materials from the "Bill of Materials" yourself, or hire us to provide and ship it to your job site. You pay what we pay for parts, plus any taxes/shipping/storage fees. After your installation, you'll hire a startup team (including a licensed TAB or commissioning agent) or rely on us for nationwide startup service. Travel is additional, but not marked up.
